Q. If I run out of kerosene, what do I have to do to put in a different fuel?

A. Absolutely nothing. The generator (vaporizer) system is not a throw-away, and does not have any packing in it that will cause it to stop up or clog up. You can even mix the fuels together. No problem!
(Example: The tank is low on kerosene, but you don't have anymore available NO PROBLEM! Just turn the lantern off, and pour whatever fuel you have on hand into the tank. Been there done that.) See how easy & convenient it is?

Q.What Types of Fuels can I use in the BriteLyt?

A.Here are some variety of fuels a BriteLyt can use..kerosene, diesel, gasoline, White Gas,Biodiesel, mineral spirits,paint thinner,charcoal lighter fluid, lamp oils,Coleman fuel,Jp8,Jp5,all Jp fuels,Alcohol, and more (etc any thing that can burn).Nothing to change with jets when using any fuel, if using alcohol we have a kit ,if you mix the alcohol(50 50)with any fuel you will not need the kit. Also see  BriteLyt FAQS page 2

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What type of payment do you take?
A: PAYPAL: Make PayPaL payment to britelyt@britelyt.com  also We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders/Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks.

Q: Who do you use for shipping :

A:We offer USPS Priority, UPS Ground, Shipping International with US mail Air.4-10 days (can take up to 4 weeks).... We will email your shipping charges for International orders. Shipping in the US by US mail (Priority mail), can take 2-6 days. UPS can take between 3-15 days Ground.

A: BriteLyt, Inc. was the FIRST to offer the 500CP lantern in brass, with POLISHED BRASS finish. (Multi-Fuel)

BriteLyt, Inc. was the FIRST to manufacture the Top Reflector of solid brass, with a various choice of platings, and polished brass.
